Who we are

What we make

We turn the two photos you give us into a designed, framed keepsake, plus a digital soft copy of the design. You see the finished design before you pay.

Your photos

You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload, and that the people in them (or their parents, for children) are happy for you to make a keepsake of them.

We only use your photos to make and deliver your keepsake and any reminders you ask for. We never use them in marketing unless you give separate, explicit permission, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not change faces. Photo clean-up is limited to gentle brightness and contrast adjustment.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include shipping within India. Payment is taken in advance by UPI, card or other methods through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Approving your design

The preview shows exactly how your keepsake will look (without the watermark). By paying you approve the design, names, dates and text. Please check spellings carefully.

Things you may not upload

Photos that are illegal, that you have no right to use, or that sexualise anyone. We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order we believe breaks these rules.

Liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
