Privacy notice

In short

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your keepsake: your photos, the text you type, your phone number, name, delivery address(es) and, if you give it, your email.

We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can see and delete your data at any time from your private vault link, or by messaging DELETE on WhatsApp.

What we use it for

Making your keepsake, taking payment, printing and delivery, sending order updates on WhatsApp, and reminders only if you switch them on.

If you tick 'Send this preview to my WhatsApp', we send it once and remind you once the next day. Nothing more.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payments), our print partner Qikink (printing and shipping: your print file and delivery address only), Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (messages), and our hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase). They may only use it to provide their service to us.

We never sell your data.

Advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure which ads lead to orders. We send Meta hashed (scrambled) contact details and order value, never your photos. You can opt out with the button below, and we will stop sending these events for you.

How long we keep it

Original photos are deleted automatically 12 months after your order (or 30 days after you upload if you don't order), unless you choose to keep them in your vault. Finished keepsakes stay in your vault until you delete them. Order amounts and dates are kept for tax records.

Children

Photos often include children. We treat them with extra care: we never use any photo or keepsake that includes a child in our marketing, even with permission.

Your rights

You can access, correct and erase your data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. Use your vault link, reply on WhatsApp, or email us.
